Epsilon DS builds and operates point-of-sale, kiosk, and ordering systems for hospitality shops. The data we touch on your behalf is your data — your guests, your orders, your operations. This page describes how we handle it.

What we collect

For the marketing site you're reading right now, we collect what you submit to the contact form (name, email, vertical, your note) and standard request logs (timestamp, IP, user agent). We don't run advertising trackers.

Where it goes

Contact form submissions are routed through Resend to our team inbox. We respond directly. We don't sell, syndicate, or transfer that data to third parties.

Operational data

For shops we build for, the operational data (orders, payments, customer profiles) lives in your account, in your jurisdiction. We sign a data-processing agreement that scopes our access narrowly to engineering, support, and the analytics dashboards you've explicitly opted into.
